Hello everyone! My name is Barbara Monte and I am a mother of three and a full time watercolorist living in Rhode Island.

My painting journey began in 2015 when I started drawing nursery artwork during my second pregnancy for my little girl’s room.

I was so excited with the results that I thought, why not share with friends and neighbors? As a result of their overwhelming support I decided to open my own Etsy store of simple, yet adorable nursery designs. I wanted to be able to provide my customers with a little bit of everything; a one-stop-shop so to speak.

This has been an exciting journey of juggling being a mom and working from home full time, and I am so humbled and thankful for the support I get from my customers each and every day! I have since expanded from nursery watercolors to include prints and custom wedding, engagement and home portrait watercolors.

I understand the frustrations of not finding quite what you want so if there is anything in my shop that doesn't satisfy you let me know because I'm willing to take on the challenge of creating something that is perfect for you, your little ones, and your home.
